1、Our European warehouse is now operational. Parcels are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

The European warehouse is available for the following countries: Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

*Note: Sometimes, due to a sudden surge in sales, our European warehouse may run out of stock. In such cases, we will urgently replenish inventory. However, to ensure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, we may ship directly from our main warehouse instead. Delivery may take approximately 5 to 15 business days. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

2、For customers in other global countries and regions, We will dispatch the items to you via FedEx International service, and depending on your address, it will take approximately 5-15 business days for delivery.

3、We do not charge any sales tax or export tax. If your parcel undergoes inspection by the customs department in your country/region upon arrival, boodvape will cover import duties, tariffs, and taxes. In the event of product confiscation by customs in your country/region, boodshopping will assume the associated responsibility.

4、If you order many products, your order may be divided into several packages with different tracking numbers. If, due to logistics reasons, you do not receive the package in the end, we will take responsibility for all losses, and you can receive a full refund.

The products displayed on the boodshopping website are intended for the international market. Standard versions are generally shipped. If you have special requirements, please leave us a message. Some products are currently on pre-sale. Please pay attention to the shipping date mentioned in the description.

5、If your package is not delivered within 25 working days after shipment, please contact our support team at service@boodvape.com for either a reshipment of another package or a refund.

6、If your items are damaged, lost, or incorrect, you must email us within 48 hours of the package’s delivery. Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you in rectifying the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide reshipping or replacement services internationally.
