• Our standard delivery time is typically 10-15 business days. However, if your package is subject to customs inspection, the delivery may be delayed.
• In most cases, if you do not receive an email notification, your package is not being held by customs.
• We partner with reputable carriers, including DPD, DHL, UPS, Royal Mailand so on, to ensure your package is delivered securely and efficiently.
• The logistics company will make the most reasonable choice according to your address, and if you have other requirements, you can contact our customer service staff.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• In some areas, there will be additional charges for higher freight or remote areas, if there is an extra charge, the staff will contact you via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, you can choose to make up the difference or a full refund after knowing the price.
